BuddyGuard helps you stay accountable by blocking distractions and letting your Buddy approve temporary access when needed.
Get BuddyGuard on the App Store. Sign in with Apple, Google, or your phone number. Your account is secured — we never see your password.
Go to the Buddy tab. Add one trusted friend's name and phone number. They'll get a code to confirm they want to be your accountability partner.
Head to the Blocks tab. Choose apps from your phone or paste website URLs. BuddyGuard needs Screen Time permission to enforce app blocks on iOS.
Need a break? Tap Request Access on the Home tab. Choose Temporary (5, 15, 30, or 60 min) or Full Unblock. A code goes to your Buddy — not you.
Your Buddy character starts at 100% health each day. Every access request costs health. Finish above 70% to keep your streak alive.
Stay consistent to unlock cosmetic items for your Buddy — hats, chains, accessories. Complete achievements to equip them. One item at a time.
